At this time, Bootdungeon.com can only ship to non-P.O. box addresses within the United States. Products are shipped direct from the manufacturer, so please contact us for estimated delivery times, problems, or questions.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed, so please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. If request not received before processing, our regular returns policy applies. Do not refuse delivery if you wish to cancel your order or return for a refund.
Please read our returns policy and request a return authorization by contacting us as soon as possible. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and shipping charges are usually non-refundable. We currently do not offer credit for return shipping unless caused by our error, so please contact us before ordering with any questions if you are unsure about fit, colors, or details.
