Returns
and Return Authorization
Please read our return policy carefully and then submit the form below
before proceeding with any return.
Non-authorized returns will be REFUSED or may be LOST!

IF YOU INTEND TO RETURN,
DO NOT REFUSE YOUR DELIVERY!!
All returns must be shipped to Luirette Retail per the
instructions given to you via e-mail.
Your order is shipped from the manufacturer directly. All refused deliveries will be
considered a final sale, and you will not receive a refund for the order, or get
it back.
It will effectively be LOST because manufacturers will simply restock it without
telling us.
Luirette Retail cares about customer
satisfaction and accepts returns whenever possible,
but we must include the following restrictions to avoid lost returns and control
costs.
Note for Exchanges:
Direct exchanges for non-defective merchandise is
currently not available. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return and
re-order to prevent tracking problems and lost packages.

A return authorization is REQUIRED for all
returns for any reason.

All lingerie and costume sales are final.

Please notify us of any return requests
immediately after delivery to receive a return authorization number.

Unauthorized returns will be refused upon
delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 7
business days from your delivery date. Late requests for returns may not
be granted. Return authorized merchandise must be received by us no later
than 30 days after delivery date or a 25% restocking fee may be
applied.

Do not attempt to return worn merchandise. Any
merchandise determined to be worn will not receive a refund. Return shipping
is available at customer's expense.

Original shipping charge will not be refunded
on returns on non-defective merchandise.

Due to the low volume, special order nature of
the products in our store, a 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns made
for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Wrap or box all return items. Please do not
tape or write on manufacturers' shoe box. Failure to return shoes without
original manufacturers' shoe box will result in a $5.00 box fee.

Sorry, we cannot pay return shipping on
non-defective merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in new, unworn
condition.

Direct exchanges are not possible at this time,
but a return and refund can be made under the same terms mentioned above.

All returns and refunds are determined on a
case-by-case basis by Luirette Retail and can be refused for any reason.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE A CHARGEBACK OR
PAYMENT DISPUTE to circumvent our refund policy. Reporting false claims is
FRAUD and will result in payment of costs incurred.
